Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and/or clear gifs to create a profile of our users.  A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences.  Consequently, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user’s visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent information to them.  We do not share your profile with other third parties.

What We Use

We may use cookies and JavaScript.  We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies.  You can disable cookies (consult support information from your browser's publisher).  If you disable cookies, your visit to our site will not be significantly effected though, from time to time, we may provide special features that require the use of cookies.

Web Beacons (Clear Gifs)
Certain Camargo web sites may also contain electronic images known as Web beacons, or clear gif technology, that can be used to assist in determining what content is effective on the web site.  In addition, we may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients.  This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Personal information provided by users who are 13 or more years of age may be used for marketing and promotional purposes only by Camargo and its subsidiaries and affiliates.  Camargo does not rent, sell or otherwise distribute to third parties, your personal information entered on this site. While we use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, Camargo will have no liability for disclosure of any information obtained due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.

California Residents
Beginning January 1, 2005, California law permits users that reside in California to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information collected by Camargo to third parties for marketing purposes.  As noted above, Camargo does not sell, lease or otherwise share any aggregate non-personably identifiable data or personal information about our visitors with or to any third party companies or individuals.

Children's Privacy
We believe that protecting the privacy of children is very important.  Our web sites are not designed to attract individuals under the age of 18.  In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect or store any personal information, even in aggregate, about children under the age of 13.  If we discover we have received any information from a child under the age of 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.  If you believe that Camargo has any information from or about anyone under the age of 13, please contact us at the contact points specified below.

Business Transfers

In the event Camargo goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.  If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

Choice/OPT-OUT

Data Integrity

If, however, we are going to use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.  However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner.  In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our Web site notifying users of the change.
